Hand turned to create a small wooden bowl designed for small items such as keys and coins. With modern straight sides and a thin but sturdy profile, a wavy live edge, and a bark inclusion. Featuring a smooth textured finish and a prominent wide grain. Finished with a hard wax oil with a white dye to keep the natural pale colour of the wood and to prevent it from yellowing. This wooden bowl measures just over 17cm wide, 10cm tall at its tallest point, and 9.5cm deep. Perfect for use as a key bowl or as decor around the home.

English ash, locally sourced from well managed sustainable woodlands found in a small village in Devon. Ash is a stunning wood that can come in various different colours, the most commonly used being a nice pale yellow white. Ash typically has a straight grain, but this can vary wildly between different pieces, making it perfect for creating large vessels and bowls - giving it a permanent place in my workshop.
