English ash and walnut, locally sourced from well managed sustainable woodlands found in a small village in Devon. Ash is a stunning wood that can come in various different colours, the most commonly used being a nice pale yellow white whilst walnut is a stunning dark brown coloured wood with a strong distinction between the heartwood. These two woods paired together create a striking contrast, with added texture to the walnut top to create a nice feel in the hand. Put together this box measures 8cm wide and 3.5cm tall.
