Hand turned to create a small wooden bowl designed for small items such as keys and coins. With a gentle shallow shape and a thin but sturdy profile. Featuring a silky smooth finish and a subtle grain. Finished with a hard wax oil with a white stain to keep the natural pale colour of the wood and to prevent it from yellowing. This small wooden bowl measures just over 19cm wide, 4cm tall, and 3.5cm deep. Perfect for use as a key bowl or as decor around the home.

English sycamore, locally sourced from well managed sustainable woodlands found in a small village in Devon. Sycamore is a beautiful pale, smooth white wood with a strong closed grain, often used for kitchen utensils and furniture making due to its durability and stunning characteristics - making it one of my favourite timbers to work with.
